○ Managerial Protection of Privacy in Video Surveillance System - Restriction for the installation and operation of the video surveillance system and minimum duration of surveillance - Prohibition on recording and manipulation of the video surveillance system - Official notice about surveillance and bulletin boards for collecting opinions are required - Designating the persons authorized to view the surveillance and setting out procedures for dealing with third party information - Restriction on use of surveillance other than stated purpose and exhaustive storage and destruction and setting out procedures for the secure disposal/storage of images - Subjects of video surveillance must be guaranteed to see personal information captured in surveillance - Registration status of self-inspection measures and ensure the safety of video privacy information ○ Technical Protection of Privacy in Video Surveillance System - Personal image protection based on blurring - Personal image protection based on scrambling - Personal image protection based on cryptosystem - Personal image protection based on face synthesis - Personal image protection based on inpainting - Personal image protection based on Deep learning - Personal image protection based on watermarking |
