¿µ¹®³»¿ë¿ä¾à No uniformed and systematic group standard has been put in place in Korea until
now, especially what is related to grounding technology of information &
telecommunication facility. The grounding facility, a significant technology that we
have to develop for the protection of human lives as well as the prevention of damage
to facility and maintenance of stable service, needs a lot of standardization. This
standard is about the method to measure ground resistance, which is a component
basic to the determination of grounding facility.
The component of technology about measuring ground resistance is determined by
various conditional variables such as ground body's facility type, etc, equivalent to
ground electrode and environmental variables that has site land character such as the
structure of soil, which affects the character of measurement. This standard sets forth
basic technical standard for the core functions enabled by such complex components,
and presents the method of measurement that can be applied at the site.
