IMT-2000 DS방식 중 FDD방식 시스템의 음성 코덱에 대한 기준으로 사용할 수 있다 AMR(Adaptive Multi-Rate) 코덱의 ANSI-C code를 포함하고 있다. 이 ANSI-C code는 AMR speech transcoder, 음성활동 감지, comfort 잡음, source controlled rate operation, 손실된 프레임의 대체 및 음소거의 해결 예제 등의 bit단위의 정확한 구현에 필요하다.(This Technical Standard (TS) contains an electronic copy of the ANSI-C code for the Adaptive Multi-Rate codec. The ANSI-C code is necessary for a bit exact implementation of the Adaptive Multi Rate speech transcoder (TS 26.090 [2]), Voice Activity Detection (TS 26.094 [6]), comfort noise (TS 26.092 [4]), source controlled rate operation (TS 26.093 [5]) and example solutions for substituting and muting of lost frames (TS 26.091 [3]).) |
