¿µ¹®³»¿ë¿ä¾à This standard describes the overall Carrier Ethernet Management Information Model to identify and define the set of management information necessary to manage the Carrier Ethernet services as defined by the Metro Ethernet Forum (MEF).
Whereas the set of service attributes of E-Line, E-LAN, E-Tree, E-Access, Transit E-Line service are defined in the associated MEF documents, Carrier Ethernet 2.0 services include bandwidth profile enforcement and MTU(Maximum Transmission Unit) configuration, can support multiple classes of service with standardized performance objectives, enable service interconnections between service provider and operator MENs, and provide service OAM(Operations, Administration, and Maintenance) functionalities.
Carrier Ethernet 2.0 adds Transit E-Line service to Carrier Ethernet 1.1.
