¿µ¹®³»¿ë¿ä¾à At the early months of 2006, IETF NetLMM (Network-based Localized Mobility Management) WG started to standardized PMIPv6. The WG ended up it and made RFC 5213 on August 2008. PMIPv6 does not require any modification on a host for IPv6 mobility management. Instead, router devices manage IPv6 mobility on behalf of a host. PMIPv6 makes the utmost use of the existing Mobile IPv6, RFC 3775, and has a goal of the real deployment of IPv6 mobility management on operators' networks. This standard describes how PMIPv6 operates on WiBro.
