be applied in their installations against earthquake are classified in this standard. A required response spectrum and a test response spectrum are defined as they are essential techniques in conformance testing methods verifiying seismic design. This standard defines performance conditions of testing machinary. And it describes test composing elements to be constructed and a procedure. It also specifies inspection items during, before and after a test to decide a conformity. It provides final decision requirements and performance criteria and a documentation method about a test result. |
