¿µ¹®³»¿ë¿ä¾à In order to be able to handle all UIIs, RFID reader system must be capable of understanding each and every UII structure and meaning. One method to do so is to have RFID reader systems be updated with new UII information every time any new ones appear. However, because of many various UII types and continuous development of new UIIs, multi-UII handling cannot be simply updated to all RFID reader systems ? it would require too much work. Hence, in order to handle UIIs that cannot be man-aged by RFID reader systems, servers which contain necessary information for UII resolution and processing by utilizing OID information must be present. RFID reader systems would refer to these servers to retrieve information on UIIs that cannot be handled on their own. Also, even if thousands of new UII develop everyday, only the servers would need to be updated. This standard defines OID resolution protocol using OID written on RFID tags.
