| 한글내용요약 | 이 표준의 목적은 건물 내의 쾌적한 실내환경 유지와 효율적인 에너지 관리를 위한 건물 에너지 관리 시스템(BEMS)을 클라우드상에 구축하기 위해 필요한 요소들을 정의하는 것이다.
건물 내부에 BEMS 서버를 두는 경우 설치 비용과 유지보수 관리 비용이 높고, 클라우드 상에 시스템을 구축하는 경우 데이터 프라이버시에 대한 사용자의 요구사항을 지원하기 위해 건물 내부에 에지 에너지 시스템을 두어 보안이 필요한 데이터는 내부 관리하고 필요시 빠른 제어 기능을 수행하는 에지 에너지 시스템 연동 클라우드 기반 BEMS를 구축하여 다양한 서비스를 지원할 수 있도록 한다. |

| 영문내용요약 | The purpose of this standard is to define the elements necessary to deploy a building energy management system (BEMS) on the cloud for maintaining a comfortable indoor environment in a building and for efficient energy management.
If the BEMS server is located in the building, the installation cost and maintenance and management cost are high. On the other hand, when the BEMS is built in the cloud and an edge energy system is placed inside the building, a cloud based BEMS can support the user's requirements for data privacy. It manages internally the security data and performs a quick control function. |
