| 한글내용요약 | 본 표준에는 Cospas-Sarsat 406 MHz 조난비콘에 적용되는 최소 요구사항들을 포함한다. 본 문서는 아래 절들로 구분된다.
가. 제 4.1 절에서는, 모든 종류의 비콘에 적용되는 시스템 요구사항들을 다룬다. 이들 요구사항은, 충족될 경우, 비콘들을 통해서 위치결정 확률 및 정확도 면에서 의도된 서비스를 제공할 수 있으므로 시스템 운용에 혼란이 생기지 않는다. 나. 제 4.2 절에서는, 비콘 메시지 내용을 다룬다. 기본적인 메시지 구조가 정의된다. 이용 가능한 데이터비트의 할당 및 의미에 대해서는 C/S T.001 부록 A에서 규정되어 있다. 다. 제 4.3 절에서는, 일련의 환경 및 운용 요구사항 등 일반적 사항들을 규정한다. 이들 요구사항은 Cospas-Sarsat 시스템에 적합해야 할 406 MHz 비콘에 관한 최소한의 환경 및 운용상의 성능 요구사항들을 규정한다. |

| 영문내용요약 | This document contains the minimum requirements that apply to Cospas-Sarsat 406 MHz distress beacons. It is divided into the following sections:
a) Section 4.1 gives the system requirements applicable to all types of beacons. When met, these requirements will enable the beacons to provide the intended service in terms of location probability and accuracy and will not disturb the system operation. b) Section 4.2 deals with the beacon message content. Basic message structure is defined. Assignment and meaning of the available data bits are defined in Annex A to this specification. c) Section 4.3 defines a set of environmental and operational requirements. These requirements represent the minimum environmental and operational performance requirements for a 406 MHz beacon to be compatible with the Cospas-Sarsat System. |
