| 한글내용요약 | 본 표준안은 V5.2-사용자 적용부 (V5UA)를 언급한다. V5UA는 SCTP기반의 IP망에서 V5.2신호메시지를 backhauling하기위해 정의되었다. 이 프로토콜은 Signaling Gateway(SG)가 표준 V5.2 인터페이스를 통해 V5.2신호메시지를 수신할 경우 SG와 Media Gateway Controller(MGC)간에 사용하기 위함이다. MGC는 V5.2 인터페이스를 이용해 제공되는 아날로그 전화, ISDN BRI/PRI 가입자 호를 IP망에서 제어 가능하여 기존 PSTN망의 Local Exchange(LE)를 대체하고 기존 고비용의 회선망을 IP기반의 패킷망으로 Migration하기 위함이다. | ||
| 영문내용요약 | This document describes V.52-User Adaptation Layer(V5UA). V5UA defines a mechanism for the backhauling of V5.2 message over IP using Stream Control Transmission Protocol(SCTP). This protocol may be used between a Signaling Gateway(SG) and a Media Gateway Controller(MGC) in case that the SG receives V5.2 signaling message over a standard V5.2 interface. So, MGC can control the analog telephone access, ISDN BRI/PRI access call over a V5.2 interface without the Local Exchange(LE) of the legacy PSTN. It is for migrating from the high-cost legacy circuit network to the IP-based packet network. | ||
