| 한글내용요약 | 지금까지 IP전화, 페이저, 메시징 클라이언트, 핸드폰 및 여러 가지 휴대형 단말을 모니터링 하기 위한 필요는 계속 있어왔다. 본 표준은 원격감시 표준(RMON)들을 확장하여 이러한 단말에서 동작하는 응용 서비스의 실시간 QoS를 감시하고 또한 SNMP를 사용하여 수집된 정보를 RMON 표준들에 통합할 수 있도록 한다. 또한 본 표준은 응용 서비스의 실시간 QoS를 감시하기 위한 프레임워크, 아키텍처, 적절한 변수 및 전달망에 대한 요구사항을 정의한다. | ||
| 영문내용요약 | There is a need to monitor end-devices such as IP phones, pagers, Instant Messaging clients, mobile phones, and various other handheld computing devices. This memo extends the remote network monitoring (RMON) family of specifications to allow real-time quality-of-service (QoS) monitoring of various applications that run on these devices and allows this information to be integrated with the RMON family using the Simple Network Management Protocol (SNMP). This memo defines the framework, architecture, relevant metrics, and transport requirements for real-time QoS monitoring of applications. | ||
