| 한글내용요약 | 최근 해외 연구비 제공기관을 중심으로 데이터 관리 계획(Data Management Plan, 이하 DMP) “데이터관리계획”이란 연구데이터의 생산ㆍ보존ㆍ관리 및 공동활용 등에 관한 계획을 말한다(국가연구개발사업의 관리 등에 관한 규정 제2조).
제출을 의무화하고 있다. 국내의 경우 국가연구개발혁신법이 2021년 1월에 시행됨에 따라 향후 DMP의 작성 및 제출이 의무화될 것으로 예상된다. 실제로 한국연구재단을 비롯하여 국가출연연구기관을 중심으로 DMP 작성 및 제출이 의무화되고 있다. 국립산림과학원에서는 2019년부터 연구과제 심의를 위한 DMP 작성 및 제출이 시작되었다. DMP 작성 의무화가 확대되고 있지만 서면으로 작성되는 DMP는 표준 및 형식, 데이터 관리 그리고 공개성에 문제가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 본 표준에서는 기존 서면 DMP의 단점을 극복하기 위한 방안으로 제시된 maDMP 메타데이터 스키마를 제안하고자 한다. 임산공학 분야 maDMP 메타데이터 스키마를 제안하기 위해 14개의 국내외 연구기관 및 프로젝트의 DMP 템플릿을 참조하여 개발하였다. 참조한 연구기관은 국립산림과학원, 한국연구재단, DCC, NSF(하위 5개 위원회), UKRI(하위 3개 위원회), ANDS 그리고 Horizon 2020 등이다. 이렇게 제안된 임산공학 분야 maDMP 메타데이터 스키마는 DMP 작성 요소의 일부 정보를 기계가 자동으로 생성하고 유지 및 작성 누락을 방지할 수 있으며 자동으로 정보를 주기적으로 업데이트할 수 있다는 장점이 있다. 따라서 본 표준으로 제안된 임산공학 분야 maDMP 메타데이터 스키마를 통해 체계적인 과제 및 연구데이터 관리가 가능할 것이며 연구의 효율성 및 생산성이 증대될 뿐만 아니라 나아가서 기관 연구의 투명성, 재현성 및 재사용성을 확보할 수 있는 근거가 마련될 것이다. |

| 영문내용요약 | Recently, the submission of a data management plan (hereinafter referred to as DMP) has been made compulsory mainly by foreign research funding institutions. In Korea, it is expected that the preparation and submission of DMP will become mandatory in the future as the NATIONAL RESEARCH AND DEVELOPMENT INNOVATION ACT will be enforced in January 2021. In fact, the preparation and submission of DMPs are compulsory for government-funded research institutes, including the National Research Foundation of Korea. Although mandatory DMP preparation is being expanded, DMP written in writing has problems with standards and formats, data management and openness. Therefore, in this standard, the application profile of maDMP presented as a way to overcome the disadvantages of the existing written DMP is proposed. In order to propose a maDMP application profile in the field of Forest Products, it was developed with reference to the DMP templates of 14 domestic and foreign research institutes and projects. Referenced research institutes include the National Insitute of Forest Science, National Research Foundation of Korea, DCC, NSF (lower five committees), UKRI (lower three committees), ANDS and Horizon 2020. The proposed maDMP application profile in the field of Forest Products has the advantage that the machine can automatically generate some information of the DMP writing elements, prevent maintenance and omission of writing, and automatically update the information periodically. Therefore, systematic tasks and research data management will be possible through the maDMP application profile in the field of forestry engineering proposed as this standard. In addition, research efficiency and productivity will increase, and furthermore, the basis for securing transparency, reproducibility and reusability of institutional research will be provided. | ||
