트웨어 품질과는 다르다. 본 표준에서는 이러한 웹서비스에 대한 품질 요소를 비즈니스 관점의 품질 요소와 시스템 관점의 품질 요소로 나눈다. 비즈니스 관점의 품질 요소로는 비즈니스 가치 품질이 있고, 시스템 관점의 품질 요소로는 서비스 수준 측정 품질, 상호 운용성 품질, 비즈니스 프로세싱 품질, 관리가능성 품질, 보안 품질이 있다. 본 표준에서 는 각 품질별로 품질에 대한 정의, 세부 품질 요소 등을 제공한다. |

| 영문내용요약 | The quality of Web Services is different from the quality of existing installationbased
software because it is service-oriented. This specification provides the Web Services quality factors which has service-oriented characteristic. This Web Services quality factors can be divided into two groups such as business perspective group and system perspective group. The business perspective group includes business value quality, and the system perspective group includes service level measurement quality, interoperability quality, business processing quality, manageability quality and security quality. This specification provides the definition and sub quality factors of each quality factor. |
