| 영문내용요약 | This standard contains minimal guidelines of roaming agreement for establishment and operation of mobile roaming network between common carriers. The method for roaming must be one that interferes as little as possible with the normal operation of the operator providing roaming access and must be chosen in consideration of protection of the provider’s subscribers. However, to efficiently plan a roaming network, priority must be given to the preference of the roaming requester. Also, to ensure the quality of roaming services, roaming regulations must include provisions stipulating a minimum quality standard. | ||
