| 한글내용요약 | 본 표준은 인터넷전화 통화품질을 위한 지표로써 E-모델의 R값, 종단간 지연, 호성공률로 규정한다. 현재 인터넷 환경하에서 인터넷전화 통화 품질 지표로써 일반적으로 받아들여지고 있는 ITU-T G.107에 근거한 E-모델의 R 값을 사용한다. E-모델은 3.1 Khz 핸드셋 전화의 통화 품질에 영향을 미치는 몇 개의 전송 파라미터의 결합된 효과를 평가할 수 있으며, 모델의 결과값은 품질에 대한 고객 의견 값을 제공할 수 있다.본 표준은 이를 위해 E-모델 기술에 대해 요약하고, 인터넷전화 통화품질 지표 및 기준을 규정한다. | ||
| 영문내용요약 | This standard clarify E-model R-value, end-to-end delay, call success rate for the criteria of speech quality of internet telephony. This standard uses E-model for Voice quality measurement method which is adapted for voice quality measure in general. Emodel could access the combined effects of variations in several transmission parameters that affect conversational quality of 3.1 KHz handset telephony, and the prime output of the model can be transformed to give estimates of customer opinion about voice quality. This standard will summarize E-model and clarify the voice quality criteria and basic value for internet telephony. | ||
