| 한글내용요약 | 현재 국내 표준에서 제시하고 있는 품질 평가 메트릭을 적용하여 정량적인 신뢰성 평가 결과를 얻는 데는 어려움이 있다. 본 표준에서는 소프트웨어 신뢰성의 정량적인 평가를 위한 방안을 제시한다. 이를 위해서 소프트웨어 신뢰성에 관련된 용어를 정리하여 소프트웨어 신뢰성 관점에서 개념을 정립하고, 소프트웨어 신뢰성 성장 모델(Software Reliability Growth Model, SRGM)을 제안하고 제안된 소프트웨어 신뢰성 성장 모델을 통해서 소프트웨어 신뢰성을 평가하는 방안을 제시한다. 소프트웨어 신뢰성 성장 모델에 적용하기 위한 데이터 수집 방안을 제시하고 소프트웨어 신뢰성 성장 모델을 통해 모수를 추정하며 추정된 모수를 활용하여 국내에서 제시한 소프트웨어 신뢰성 평가 메트릭을 측정하는 방안을 제시 한다. | ||
| 영문내용요약 | In these days, it is difficult to evaluate the software reliability because we can not apply international standard to the software evaluation metrics. We propose the evaluation method for software reliability as objective indicators to the quality of software reliability. We define the items about the software reliability, so we establish the concept of software reliability. We propose the software reliability growth model for evaluating the software reliability. So, we measure the software reliability metrics of the international standard. We propose the method of failure data collection. Also, we estimate the parameter for software reliability growth model. This standard provides both the measurement framework and measurement metrics that can be used to measure the quality of software reliability. | ||
