¿µ¹®³»¿ë¿ä¾à | This standard describes a real-time video encryption/decryption method in encoding and decoding collected HEVC/H.265 video. For efficient video compression and encryption, HEVC/H.265 functions such as tile-based parallel processing are applied, and encryption within entropy coding among joint compression and encryption types is adopted. In addition, in consideration of video encryption/decryption requirements and performance, some syntax elements significantly influence visual quality(e.g. Luma IPM(intra prediction mode), Chroma IPM, Residual value, Residual sign, MVD(motion vector difference) value, MVD sign) are selectively encrypted and create de-identify the video. After that, the compressed and encrypted video is reverse-processed(decryption and decoding) to restore the original video. | ||
