| 한글내용요약 | 현재 다양한 유형의 재난안전정보가 다수의 재난 안전 관련 기관에서 산발적으로 관리되고 있으며, 국가 차원의 신속한 재난 안전 관리 활동을 위해서는 정보의 통합 관리를 통한 공유의 활성화가 매우 시급한 과제이다. 재난안전정보의 상호 운용성 확보를 위한 통합 메타데이터의 구축을 위해서는 정보 자원의 분류가 우선되어야 하며, 이에 따라 본 표준은 재난안전정보 공유 플랫폼 환경에서 재난안전정보를 일관성 있고 체계적으로 분류할 수 있는 체계를 제시한다. 재난안전정보 분류 체계는 재난안전정보가 다루고 있는 재난 안전 유형, 재난안전정보가 지원하는 재난 관리 단계, 재난안전정보에서 포함하고 있는 피해 대상, 주관 기관, 재난 관리 자원, 그리고 재난안전정보의 유형 등 여섯 가지 패싯(facet)으로 구성된다. 하나의 재난안전정보를 이 여섯 가지 측면에서 분류 혹은 기술함으로써 재난 안전 개념의 복잡성과 재난 관리 업무의 특수성을 표현할 수 있다. 또한 각 패싯에 포함된 분류 항목들은 재난안전정보 메타데이터 구축 시 각 메타데이터 요소의 값으로 사용될 수 있다. | ||
| 영문내용요약 | Currently various types of disaster and safety information is managed separately in many disaster-related organizations and thus integrated management and joint use is imperative for prompt disaster management. For the development of integrated metadata that ensures compatibility of disaster and safety information, the first step should be to classify information resources. Therefore, the standard suggests the classification scheme to consistently classify disaster and safety information in an integrated platform. The disaster and safety information classification scheme consists of six facets - disaster-safety type, disaster management phase, the subject of damage, disaster management supervision agency, disaster management resource, and information type. Through the classification of disaster-safety information, it is possible to represent the uniqueness of disaster management tasks as well as the complexity of disaster and safety information. Furthermore, the foci in each facet can be used as value for each metadata element. | ||
