| 한글내용요약 | 이 표준은 전자책 접근성 가이드라인을 준수한 전자책 콘텐츠를 리딩시스템 상에 표시하는 방법 및 사용자와의 인터렉션 절차에 참고할 수 있도록 설계되었다. 또한 전자책 사용자들이 올바른 리딩시스템을 선택하기 위한 기능 점검용으로 사용할 수 있다.
한편 전자책 리딩시스템을 좀 더 포괄적으로 정의하면 웹 애플리케이션이나 모바일 애플리케이션의 한 종류로 볼 수 있음으로, 기본적인 기능들은 “모바일 웹 2.0 응용 요구사항” TTAK.KO-10.0309 및 “모바일 애플리케이션 접근성 지침 2.0” TTAK.KO-10.0634/R1 규격을 준수하는 것으로 설정하여야 한다. 또한 전자책의 페이지 서술은HTML5 규격에 기준함으로 W3C User Agent Accessibility Guidelines (UAAG2.0) 규격도 준수하는 것으로 설정하여야 한다. 이에 본 표준문서에서는 위에 해당되는 규격에 대해서는 상세하게 기술하지 않으며 그 이외에 전자책 뷰어의 특수성을 반영한 필수적인 규격을 정리한다. 접근성 기능을 연구하고 있는 접근성 표준 전문가, 전자책 뷰어 개발자, 전자책 유통사, 전자책 출판사, 전자책 기획자, 장애인 도서관 담당자 들과의 논의를 거쳐 58개 전자책 리딩시스템 접근성 항목을 정리하였다. |

| 영문내용요약 | The guideline is designed to help how to display accessibility features of ebook contents on the reading system and how to interact the reading system with disabled users. Furthermore, it also offers a basis for verification by providing a quality assurance checklist of viewers to show you the methods of implementing the requirements of the instructions.
On the other hand, if you define the ebook reading systems in a more comprehensive it can be seen as a kind of web applications and mobile applications. So the basic features of the reading system should follow both “Mobile Web 2.0 Application Requirements 2.0 “ TTAK.KO-10.0309 and “Mobile Application Accessibility Guidelines 2.0” TTAK.KO-10.0634/R1. Therefore the standard does not describe in detail about the above applicable standards but contain some sort of essential standards that reflect the uniqueness of the ebook reading system. The guideline contains total 58 accessibility features for the reading systems through discussions with the accessibility standards experts, ebook viewer developers, distributors of electronic books, ebook publishers, ebook organizer, and the library for the disabled. |
