The ICT-device is in the vehicle and receives the information of vehicle status from the vehicle gateway and send the vehicle information to the server. The server (which is in the roadside) send the road status information, troubled vehicle information, over-speeding/under-speeding/stopping vehicle information, etc to the ICT- device. | ||
