본 표준에서는 공인인증서 가입자 소프트웨어의 장애인 접근성 제공 기준과 구현 가이드를 정의하고, 가입자 소프트웨어를 구성하는 일반적인 사용자인터페이스 요소 별 고려사항과 구성 방법을 제시한다. |

| 영문내용요약 | To allow people with disabilities to use official certificates in online environments, the software for users of official certificates should provide functions which enable them to use the software with proper assistive technologies by using a keyboard only, by providing alternative texts that can be read by the screen readers, and by logical composition of the user interface for the sake of the users' convenience.
For this purpose, this standard shall define the criteria and implementation requirements for making accredited certificate softwares accessible and also outline the points to be considered for every user interface elements of which the subscriber software consists, as well as specifying how to design the software. |
