| 한글내용요약 | 본 표준은 클라우드 데스크톱 서비스 시스템 제공자가 결함 추출을 위해 참조할 수 있는 추출 기준을 제공한다. 본 표준의 본문 구성은 크게 3개의 장으로 구성된다. 첫 번째로 클라우드 데스크톱 서비스의 결함 지점을 추출하는 참조 모델에 대해 정의한다. 두 번째로 발생 가능한 하드웨어 결함과 소프트웨어 결함의 항목을 서버 인프라, 네트워크, 단말 부문으로 세분화 하여 정의한다. 마지막 장에서는 결함의 각 항목 부분별로 결함 추출 모델에 대해 정의한다. | ||
| 영문내용요약 | The standard provides an extraction standard in order to extracts faults of cloud virtual desktop services from the perspective of service providers. The standard is organized as follows: Section 1 defines reference model extracting fault points from cloud virtual desktop services. In Section 2, suspected fault points from hardware and software are defined as parts of server infra, network, equipment, respectively. Section 3 defines generalized fault extraction models of each parts. | ||
