| 한글내용요약 | 본 표준에서는 원활한 모바일 웹 서비스의 진행을 위해, 서비스를 제공하는 콘텐츠 사업자와 서비스 사업자, 서비스 이용자가 단말 정보를 교환할 때 필요로 하는 표준에 대하여 규정한다. 또한 단말 정보 언어에 대한 표기, 내용, 교환 방법, 기술 규칙 등에 대해서도 규정한다.
주요 내용으로는 단말 정보를 표시하기 위한 각각의 항목을 하드웨어 특성정보, 소프트웨어 특성 정보, 네트워크 특성 정보, 브라우저 특성 정보의 네 가지로 주제로 분류하여 기술하였고, 이 단말 정보를 표현하기 위한 표현 방법을 제시한다. 아울러 위에서 정의한 단말 정보를 활용하여 개발된 사용자 에이전트 프로파일(UA Profile) 문서를 예시하여 개발자들에게 보다 직관적인 도움이 되도록 하였다. 본 표준에서는 다음의 내용을 정의한다. |
