To distribute work and content smoothly and easily, It is important to understand copyright management information quickly and to interchange information among of various kinds of copyright information management system being constructed individually. But it is difficult to perform information sharing and interoperability, because the data element and format of the systems being constructed individually is different. So, we need a standard to guarantee the core element and format of copyright management information. |
