| 한글내용요약 | 이 표준은 전통의학, 농업기술, 유전자원 및 문화표현물 등의 분야에서 수집, 관리, 공개되는 전통지식 정보를 지식재산권 제도를 통해 보호하고 활용하기 위한 메타데이터의 구성요소를 정의한다. 일반적으로 전통지식의 수집은 문헌조사와 현장조사를 통해 수행되므로, 메타데이터를 문헌조사를 위한 메타데이터와 현장조사를 위한 메타데이터로 구분하여 표준으로 제시하였다. 메타데이터 요소의 도출 기준은 2003년 7차 PCT 국제기관회의(MIA)에서 합의된 사항과 2012년에 국제지식재산권기구(WIPO)에서 제시한 전통지식 문서화 포맷의 주요 요소들을 충족할 수 있도록 하였다. 제7차 PCT 국제기관회의(MIA)에서는 지식재산권 제도를 통해 보호방안으로써 전통지식이 특허심사시 선행기술로서 활용될 수 있도록 PCT 최소문헌화를 추진하고 이에 대한 기준을 제시하였다. | ||
| 영문내용요약 | The standard defines the metadata scheme for Korean traditional knowledge that collected through literature surveys and field studies at local provinces. It classifies the metadata into two sub-metadata, one for literature survey and the other for field study. It derives metadata elements to meet the criteria agreed at the 7th PCT meeting of international authorities (MIA) in 2003 and recommendations from Traditional Knowledge Documentation Toolkit published by World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO) in 2012. The authorities agreed to add periodicals on traditional knowledge to the non-patent literature (NPL) list of the PCT minimum documentation. | ||
