| 영문내용요약 | This standard describes the necessity of the mobile multicast communications(MMC) in three aspects, i.e., marketing aspects, network environmental aspects, and related standards aspects. The relationships between MMC and other related standards are also illustrated to specify the position of the MMC with other standards. This standard organized various features that should be considered by MMC by defining target applications and services, design principles, network models, and functional requirements. This standard defined MMC functional framework by defining entities that constructs the IP-based multicast network and overlay based multicast network. This standard classified five basic functions of MMC which includes, multicast data transport, session join and leave, tree configuration in the overlay multicast network, status monitoring for active members and QoS, and mobility support by handover of the MN. This standard also described the high-level informational flows for the five basic functions along with MMC service subscription and session announcement procedures. | ||
