| 한글내용요약 | 음성인식을 통한 정보안내는 여러 단계의 기기 조작 없이 대화 방식을 통해 좀 더 쉽고 빠르게 원하는 정보에 도달할 수 있다. 그러나 각 개인의 맞춤형 설정이 가능한 개인 디바이스가 아닌 공공장소, 극장, 쇼핑몰 등에 설치된 키오스크에서 불특정 다수에게 정보안내를 목적으로 한 음성인식 서비스 기능은 사회적 약자(어린이, 고령자, 장애인)의 보편적인 정보 접근성과 사용성이 일반인보다 불편하게 느껴질 수 있다.
이 표준에서는 사회적 약자들이 음성인식 키오스크를 사용하는 과정에서 당면하는 신체적, 심리적 어려움과 사용상의 불편을 줄이기 위한 요구사항들을 정의한다. |

| 영문내용요약 | Voice recognition service is able to reach the targeted information more easily and quickly through dialogue without multiple stages of device operation. And kiosk with providing those service function to the unspecified number of people in public place like theater and shopping malls is not a kind of private device which allows customized operation. Therefore, the socially underprivileged can be in trouble access and use of it rather than normal users.
This standard defines requirements to reduce the physical and psychological difficulties and inconveniences of using voice recognition kiosks for the Socially underprivileged. |
