This document defines interoperable service interface between client and service provider for Telematics service delivery and proposes it as the international standard with the interoperabilities fulfilled. 2. The summary of contents This document contains the basic service scenarios used to provide Telematics services and defines the requirement specifications for service interoperability between client and TSP server with protocol layers divided into transport layer and application layer. 3. Applicable fields of industry and its effect This document is to standardize the service interfaces that are privately owned and maintained by each domestic service providers so that they can have much publicities and portabilities as in the public/safety services and in addition, increase its market share out of keeping duplicate investments from being made and lowering the service rates. |
