을 정의한다. 디지털 문진표를 구성하는 항목들은 계층 구조를 가지며, 최상위 계층은 일 상영역 정보, 건강영역 정보, 그리고 의료영역 정보로 구성된다. 이들 3개의 최상위 계층 은 각각 하부 항목을 가진다. 이러한 항목들은 각각 XML 태그 (Tag)로 표현되며, 본 문 서에서는 이들 각 항목의 데이터 규격도 포함한다. 또한 디지털 문진표와 연결되는 외부 데이터의 규격도 정의한다. |
