| 한글내용요약 | 본 표준은 기존의 알림 서비스(notification service) 가 독립된 서비스 내에서만 활용되고 대부분 일회성으로 머물러 있는 것에서 그치지 않고, 알림 서비스내의 데이터가 지시하는 콘텐츠의 URI를 탑재하도록 하여 해당 알림이 재사용될 수 있게 한다.
아울러 알림 서비스 내의 데이터가 어떤 의미를 지니는지 맥락(context)을 제공하여 이기종 서비스 간에도 데이터 연동이 가능하도록 한다. |

The standard allows notification data re-usable between different services by providing proper ways to ship the resource content URI in itself.
