| 한글내용요약 | 이동통신 신호 기반 정밀측위 시스템은 긴급구조 상황 발생 시, 유관 구조센터의 신고 접수에서 시작하여 현장 출동한 구조요원(탐색자)에 의한 구조대상자(실종자 또는 피해자) 위치를 최종 확인하고, 구조대상자를 구조하는 서비스를 제공한다. 이 시스템은 구조대상자의 ‘타겟 단말기’, 탐색자의 ‘신호수집기’, ‘타겟 단말기’의 통화 연결 호설정을 제공하는 ‘이동통신 시스템’, ‘타겟 단말기’의 위치를 도출하는 ‘정밀측위서버’, 신고를 접수하고 구조를 수행하는 ‘긴급구조센터’로 구성된다. 이 시스템은 ‘타겟 단말기’에 설정되는 ‘측위용 호’의 무선 상향링크 신호를 이용한다. 이를 위해서 ‘측위용 호’ 설정 요청 절차와 ‘측위용 호’의 무선 상향링크 신호 식별을 위한 정보를 제공받는 절차가 필요하며, 이들 기능 및 프로토콜의 규격화가 필요하다. 본 표준에서는 신고를 접수받고 구조를 수행하는 ‘긴급구조센터’, 정밀측위 알고리즘을 수행되는 ‘정밀측위서버’, ‘측위용 호’가 설정되는 이동통신시스템간의 인터페이스와 프로토콜을 규정한다. | ||
| 영문내용요약 | Mobile radio signal based precise positioning system provides the location information of a man in distress to the first responders after an emergency call is reported to an emergency rescue center. This system is composed of five major components including the target mobile phone owned by a man in distress, signal detector owned by a first responder, positioning server which calculates the position of the target mobile phone, cellular network which is connected to the target mobile phone, and an emergency rescue center. This system is based on an uplink signal assigned for the target mobile phone. The system requires procedures to set up the uplink signal transmission and acquire channel configuration information of the uplink signal. This standard describes the interfaces and protocols of a emergency rescue center, a accurate positioning server and mobile communication system. | ||
