| 한글내용요약 | 이 표준은 전자책 보급의 양적 증가 및 평균 수준의 질적 향상을 통해 독서장애인 사용자 중심 서비스를 제공에 기준을 제시한다.
이 표준은 2020년 6월 개정된 제1부 저작 지침의 구성 및 내용 변경에 따른 137개 지침 항목을 중심으로 전자책의 접근성 인증 심사 기준에 관한 개정 내용을 담고 있다. 이 표준이 개정되는 시점인 2021년 7월 현재까지 공인된 글로벌 접근성 전자책 인증 표준은 존재하지 않는다 점에 한계가 있다. 또한 이 표준의 제정판 경우 저작 지침(2016) 항목을 자가 심사와 전문가 심사만으로 구분하여, 항목별 인증 심사 기준에 대한 심사자 간 해석의 차이가 발생한다. 인증 심사를 수행함에 있어 동일한 전자책이라도 심사자 개인의 특징(지식 수준, 규칙 이해 정도 등)과 도서 특징(도서 구조 등)의 차이에 따라 상이한 인증 심사 결과를 가져올 수 있다. 심사의 공정성, 객관성, 동질성을 보증하기 위해 인증 심사 항목을 중요도에 따라 그룹화하여 제시하고자 한다. |

| 영문내용요약 | This standard provides services centered on dyslexics by increasing the distribution quantity of EPUB and improving the average level of quality.
It contains revisions to the evaluation criteria for accessibility certification of EPUB, focusing on 137 guidelines according to the change in the composition and content of the first part of the authoring guidelines revised in June 2020. There is a limit to the fact that as of July 2021, when this standard is revised, there is no accredited global accessibility e-book certification standard. In addition, in the case of the enacted version of this standard, the authoring guideline (2016) items are classified only by self-examination and expert examination, so there may be differences in interpretation of examination criteria for each item between the examiners depending on the personal characteristics (level of knowledge, level of understanding, etc.) and book characteristics (book structure, etc.). To guarantee the fairness, objectivity, and homogeneity of the examination, the certification items were grouped according to their importance and presented. |
