| 한글내용요약 | 전력 스위치 소자의 정적 상태의 특성을 측정하기 위한 방법은 일반적으로 알려진
방법으로 사용되고 있으나 측정항목이 매우 많고 전력 스위치 소자를 제작하여 판매하 는 제조업체에서 제공하는 데이터 시트에서 사용되는 특성 항목과 표기법이 통일이 안 되어있는 까닭으로 사용자가 제품을 비교선택이 가능하도록 특성을 판단하기 위한 최소 한의 측정 항목과 표기법을 통일하여 전력 스위치 소자를 사용하는 사용자가 여러 제품 중에서 선택해야 할 경우에 비교선택이 가능하도록 하고 논문 등의 성능 비교를 위해서 도 활용하기 위함이다. 본 표준의 주요 내용은 사용되는 용어를 정의하고 전력 스위치 소자의 정적 특성 파라미터인 4개의 파라미터에 대한 측정방법을 설명한다. 본 표준은 스위치 소자 중에서 전계 효과 트랜지스터(Field Effect Transistor)에 국한하였으며 공핍 형(Depletion Mode 또는 Normally- On) 전력 스위치 소자와 증가형(Enhancement Mode 또는 Normally- Off) 전력 스위치 소자에 적용이 가능하다. |

| 영문내용요약 | One purpose of this standard is to standardize measuring parameters, measuring
conditions and notations of parameters in datasheets of switching devices to compare the different power switching devices. Eventually this standard is to select the right wanted product from measured data by the same measurement conditions and notations of the parameters of the switching devices. And another purpose is to use for comparison of the different power switching devices between their performances of some papers and products. This standard is including definition of the using terms and four measuring parameters of the static state characteristics of power switching devices in order to compare between their performances and choose some power switching devices. It is limited in the field effect transistors including normally- off and normally- on power switching devices. |
