| 한글내용요약 | 그린 IT 거버넌스 프레임워크는 크게 그린 경영 목표와 이의 달성을 지원하기 위한 그
린 IT 목표, 그린 IT 관리 절차로 구성된다. 그린 IT 관리 절차는 전략 수립, 설계, 구현, 운영, 지속적 개선과 같은 다섯 단계로 구성되며, 순환구조를 이용하여 궁극적으로 조직 의 그린 경영 목표 달성을 지원한다. 그린 IT 관리 절차의 각 단계별로 3~4개의 프로세스로 구성되어 총 18개의 프로세스 가 존재하며, 각 프로세스를 설명하기 위해 프로세스 정의서를 제공한다. 프로세스 정의서의 구조는 다음과 같이 크게 5개의 영역으로 구분된다. o 프로세스 정의와 해당 프로세스와 관련된 그린 경영 목표를 기술 o 그린 IT 목표, 프로세스 목표, 프로세스와 관련된 활동 목표와 각 목표의 성과를 평가 하기 위한 측정지표를 기술 o 프로세스에 포함된 활동들과 각 활동의 책임자를 기술 o 프로세스와 관련된 입력물과 출력물을 기술 o 프로세스와 관련된 그린 IT 거버넌스 중점 영역을 기술 또한, 각 프로세스별로 몇 개의 세부 활동들을 포함하고 있으며, 총 58개의 세부 활동 이 존재한다. 이에 대한 상세 설명을 위해 세부 활동 정의서를 제공한다. |

| 영문내용요약 | Framework for green IT governance is composed of green business objectives
with goal and administrative procedure of green IT to support the achievement. Administrative procedure of green IT is constructed with 5 steps (Establishing strategy, design, implementation, operation and continuous improvement) and supports achieving green business goals using circulation structure. Each step of administrative procedure is comprised of 3~4 processes and a total of 18 processes have each process specification for describing. A process specification contains 5 major parts. o Definition and goal of green business related to the process. o Objectives of each Green IT, process and activity. Measurement index to estimate the results. o Activities of process and manager of each activity. o Input and output of process. o Main points of green IT governance related to the process. |
