¿µ¹®³»¿ë¿ä¾à The standard describes an application of de-identifying the CCTV videos with selective partial encryption following H.264-encoding and restoring the orignal CCTV videos. For de-identification, IPM(Intra Prediction Mode), MVD(Motion Vector Difference) and Residual Data are selected and encrypted, the original CCTV videos are restored with the reverse.
The standard is applied to a baseline profile of H.264 codec.
