| 한글내용요약 | IT산업 현장에서 사용되는 기술을 수준과 형태로 분류하여 IT직무 체계를 정립하고 각 직무의 정의와 직무별 수준에 필요한 수행기준으로 구성되어 있다. 직무는 해당 작업수행을 위한 구체적 절차와 방법에 따라 작업에 적용해서 기대성과(performance)를 도출해 낼 수 있는 능력으로, 실제 작업의 결과와 행동의 결과 형태로 표현할 수 있는 단위를 나타내며, 본 표준에서는 패키지 SW, 디지털회로 설계․개발 등 50개의 직무를 7단계의 수준으로 구분한다. | ||
