| 한글내용요약 | 본 표준은 차량 통신 환경에서 차량과 차량, 차량과 인프라 간 멀티홉(Multihop) 통신 기능을 제공하는 네트워킹 계층 규격을 정의한다.
주요 내용은 기존 IEEE 802.11p 기반의 IEEE P1609™(WAVE, Wireless Access in Vehicular Environments) 패밀리 규격의 내용과 차량 WSM(Wave Short Message)의 멀티홉 통신을 위한 차량 멀티홉 프로토콜(VMP, Vehicle Multi-hop Protocol)의 기능에 대한 서술이다. 본 표준은 IEEE P1609.3™(Networking Services)의 내용을 준용하며 이에 대한 내용은 본 표준에서 따로 기술하지 않는다. 따라서 본 표준에 기술되지 않은 내용은 IEEE P1609.3™의 내용을 따르며 IEEE P1609.3™ 내용 이외에 차량 간 멀티홉 라우팅을 위해 새롭게 정의한 내용을 본 표준에서 기술한다 |
