| 한글내용요약 | 본 표준은 병원 간의 진료 정보 교류를 위한 시스템 환경에서 환자의 식별자의 교환 참조를 지원하기 위한 환자 식별자 교환 참조 모델을 제시한다. 본 표준은 환자의 식별자가 저장되어있는 식별자 소스로부터 환자 식별자 정보를 환자식별 교환 참조 매니저에게 전송하거나 교환 참조된 환자 식별자의 리스트를 접근하기 위해 수정 알림이나 질의/응답 트랜잭션 수행을 통해 다중 환자 식별자 도메인에서 환자 식별자의 교환 참조를 지원하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 단일 액터 안의 식별자 교환 참조 행위를 은닉함으로써 각 의료기관 환경에 맞는 다양한 교환 참조 정책이나 알고리즘을 사용할 수 있는 상호 운영성을 지원한다. | ||
| 영문내용요약 | This standard proposes a patient identifier cross-referencing model which allows for the cross-referencing of patient identifiers from multiple patient identifier domains. The standard supports the cross-referencing of patient identifiers from multiple patient identifier domains via the transmission of patient identity information from an identity source to the patient identifier cross-reference manager; it also creates the ability to access the lists of cross-referenced patient identifiers either via a query/response or via update notifications. By encapsulating these behaviors in a single actor, this standard enables interoperability while maintaining the flexibility to be used with any cross-referencing policy and algorithm deemed appropriate by the enterprise. | ||
