| 한글내용요약 | 데이터의 중요성이 증대될수록 데이터에 대한 공유 및 활용에 대한 요구가 다양한 분야 에서 발생하고 있다. 특히, 환경오염, 기후변화 등으로 인한 생태계의 변화는 21세기의 글로벌한 화두로서 국내뿐만 아니라 국외에도 많은 영향을 끼치고 있다. 이러한 변화가 미치는 영향과 공공성이 점점 더 커짐에 따라 관리자의 의사결정과 연구자의 생태 연구 를 위한 해당 데이터의 접근이 중요해지고 있다. 즉, 생태 분야에서 발생하는 데이터에 대한 효율적인 탐색, 관리 및 공유를 위한 메타데이터 개발이 필수적이라고 할 수 있다. 이에 본 표준에서는 생태 분야에서 생산되는 연구데이터를 효율적으로 관리 및 공유하기 위하여 메타데이터 요소를 제시하였다. 메타데이터 요소는 규격화된 기술표준인 DCAT(Data Catalog Vocabulary)과 생태 분야 표준 메타데이터를 기반으로 구성하였다. 생태 분야 연구데이터의 관리와 공유를 위한 메타데이터 요소는 해당 분야 연구데이터의 체계적인 관리, 접근 및 공유의 용이성을 확보하는데 도움이 될 것이다. | ||
| 영문내용요약 | Along with the numerous data increases from various fields, developing the metadata to help managing the data to be accessible sharable, and reusable becomes a higher priority. Furthermore, the demands to access and use of ecological data has rapidly increased as the world faces unexpected environmental issues because of ecological changes and pollutions. In order to meet the increasing demands in the flood of data, it is essential to develop a metadata standard for managing ecological research data so that many different users such as policymakers, business holders, and public can easily access to the ecological data. In this proposal, a metadata schema is proposed for managing ecological research data. This metadata schema is developed in the technical standard called DCAT (Data Catalog Vocabulary) to be interoperable with other data catalogs. The “metadata standard for the management and sharing of ecological research data” is highly expected to help securing the systematic management, access and sharing of ecological research data. | ||
