본 표준은 300 ~ 3,400Hz의 전화대역을 150 ~ 7,000Hz의 대역으로 확장한 오디오 대역 전송용 핸드프리 전화기에 대한 오디오 성능 기준치와 측정법을 규정하고 있다 본 표준에서 제시한 기준치는 64kbit/s 부호화를 이용한 전화기에 기본적으로 적용될 수 있지만, 다른 확대역 오디오 부호화 구조에 대한 기준치로도 사용될 수 있을 것이다. 이 문제와 확대역 음량정격에 대해서는 ITU-T SG12에서 현재 연구중이다. 본 표준은 기존의 300 ~3,400Hz 전화 대역에서 150 ~ 7,000Hz 대역까지 확장되어 오디오 대역을 전송할 수 있는 확대역 핸드프리 전화기의 성능을 측정할 수 있는 방법을 기술한다. 이러한 확대역 핸드프리 전화기의 성능을 측정하기 위하여 전기적 인터페이스 사양, 전기 음향 측정, 송수화 음향 측정, 에코 경로 손실 측정 및 지연 측정에 관련된 내용을 정의하고 기술 하였다. |

This Recommendation provides audio performance requirements and test methods for hands-free telephones capable of transmitting an audio bandwidth extending beyond the conventional telephony bandwidth of 300 to 3400 Hz, to a bandwidth of approximately 150 to 7000 Hz. The requirements listed in this Recommendation are primarily applicable to telephones using G.722 encoding at 64 kbit/s, but should also be used as the basis of requirements for other wideband audio encoding schemes. This is still under study in ITU-T Study Group 12. To measure the transmission characteristics for a wideband digital hands-free telephony terminal, this recommendation describe an allowance scope and method of electrical interface specification, electro-acoustic measurement consideration, sending and receiving characteristic, echo path loss and delay measurement. |
