The present document describes overview of Parlay/OSA APIs which are able to provide open service access to the existing telecommunication network. It provides an overview of the 12 Parlay/OSA service Capability features, structure of the various parts, and their relationship with other standards documents. Two service capability features, Policy Management and Presence and Availability Management are newly added to the previous version (TTAE.ET-ES201915-1) and W3C WSDL interfaces are added to the present document. |
