¿µ¹®³»¿ë¿ä¾à | This standard measures and analyzes Wi-Fi signals of 5GHz band APs actually installed in 25 buildings in urban areas and 25 non-urban areas divided by population. 49,705 APs were measured in urban areas and 33,021 APs in non-urban areas, and a total of 82,726 APs were measured nationwide. As a result of analyzing the measurement data, the indoor/outdoor penetration loss of the 5GHz band Wi-Fi signal was derived as 6dB (value from CDF 0.1
AFC (Automated Frequency Coordination) technology used in the 6GHz unlicensed band is a technology that allows various types of signals, including Wi-Fi signals, to coexist indoors and outdoors, and is currently developing a 6GHz band frequency sharing channel access system suitable for domestic situations. Currently, some 6GHz band APs are installed in Korea, but it is insufficient to derive a penetration loss of a Wi-Fi signal. Therefore, the Wi-Fi indoor/outdoor penetration loss in the 5GHz band is expanded to the 6GHz band and used as basic data for frequency sharing technology. |
