| 한글내용요약 | 일반적으로 통신사는 별도의 무선 네트워크와 유선 네트워크를 운용하고 있으며 무선 네트워크와 유선 네트워크를 별도의 통신사가 운용하는 경우도 있다. 이 경우 유선 네트워크에서 발생하는 대용량 트래픽이 무선 네트워크에 유입될 때 무선 네트워크 환경을 고려하지 않아 무선 네트워크에 의도하지 않는 부하를 발생시키는 경우가 있다. 특히 주파수라는 극히 제한된 자원을 수많은 사용자가 나누어 사용해야 되는 무선 구간의 특성을 고려하여 자원의 효율적인 배분 문제에 대해서 더 세심히 접근해야만 한다. 본 표준의 목적은 이러한 문제들을 해결하기 위해 무선 네트워크와 유선 네트워크 사이의 바람직한 연동 방식을 명시하여 다수의 사용자가 사용하는 유무선 네트워크에서 CP/OTT 사업자들의 무분별한 동영상 트래픽에 대해 규격화를 도입함으로 개별 동영상 품질 만족도를 떨어뜨리지 않으면서 전체 네트워크 자원의 효율적 배분을 동시에 도모할 수 있는 기준을 마련한다. | ||
| 영문내용요약 | In the general sense of telecommunication industries, even if a network operator has both fixed and mobile network, he/she manages either of network separately, based on different principles and considerations, needlessly to say the case of separate networks owned by separate operators. These general practices cause unintended problems; Especially when heavy traffic generated from the server at the fixed network directly passed to mobile network, it leads to the unintended overload in mobile network due to lack of consideration of the mobile environment. Especially limited frequency and the existence of air interface are characteristics of mobile network where a lot of users need to distribute extremely limited resource. So It needs to be approached more carefully about the effective distribution issue of resource. The purpose of standard is that the establishment of the proper traffic transit rules or standards between mobile and fixed network, in order for preserving efficient and seamless network usage environment as well as meeting individual service quality level of satisfaction. | ||
