인체통신 기술을 이용하여 보다 편리한 서비스를 제공하기 위해 Touch-And-Play(TAP)이라는 새로운 개념을 제안하였다. TAP은 기기에 손을 대는 것은 사용자가 그 기기에 관심을 갖고 있다는 것에 착안하여 직관적으로 필요한 정보를 제공하도록 한다는데 그 목적이 있다. 예컨대, 카메라를 든 사용자가 프린터기에 손을 댈 경우, 키를 누르는 번거로움 없이 카메라에 있는 사진이 프린트 되도록 하는 것이다.

영문내용요약

Human body communication provides a new convenient service named “Touch-And-Play (TAP)” which is focused on the fact that touching a device means that a user wants to use that device. TAP provides required services by only a touch. For instance, the user with a digital camera touches a printer to print the picture he was reviewing the LCD display of camera and then the image is printed. In order to implement the context awareness service of TAP, the main contents include physical layer of software protocol stack, in which transmission, reception, modulation, demodulation etc are provided for physical signaling.
