본 표준은 IETF RFC 3101의 OSPF NSSA 옵션을 정의한다. 일반적으로 OSPF 스터브 영역에서는 RIP와 같은 다른 라우팅 프로토콜 정보를 OSPF network 상으로 OSPF 외부 LSA로 유포하면 안 된다. OSPF NSSA 옵션으로 NSSA 망에 있는 다른 라우팅 프로토콜 정보를 다른 OSPF 영역으로 전달할 수 있게 한다. 본 문서는 Type-7 LSA를 생성하고 처리하는 NSSA내부의 상세 구현 내용과 Type-7 LSA를 Type-5 LSA로 번역하는 AS간의 상세 구현 내용에 대해 정의한다. |

This document defines IETF RFC 3101, The OSPF Not-So-Stubby Area (NSSA) Option. Normally, it is impossible for a stub area to import routes learned from RIP or other IP routing protocols as OSPF external LSAs into the OSPF network. The OSPF NSSA Option allows routers in NSSA to import external routing information to be flooded to other OSPF areas. This document defines NSSA intra-area implementation details of creating and processing Type-7 LSA and intra-AS implementation details of translating Type-7 LSA to Type-5 LSA. |
