데이터들에 대한 기본적인 데이터 구조와 그 표현방법을 모델링한다. 텔레매틱스 서비스 를 위한 차량정보 데이터 모델의 표준은 다음과 같은 2단계로 진행한다. Stage 1에서는 텔레매틱스 서비스를 위해 차내망과 텔레매틱스 서비스 망과의 연동 구조 및 기본적인 차량 정보에 대한 데이터 모델을 정의하고 Stage 2에서는 stage 1의 데이터 모델에 대 한 구체적인 스키마를 정의하여 개발자들이 활용할 수 있도록 한다. vehicle information and status data that various telematics services are required. This standard is developed in two stages. Stage 1 defines the interoperable structure between In-vehicle network and telematics service network and data model for fundamental vehicle information.
