| 한글내용요약 | 본 지침은 장애를 가진 사람들이 접근할 수 있도록 출판물용 전자문서를 제작하는 방
법에 관하여 기술하고 있다. 이 지침을 제정하는 가장 큰 목적은 전자문서를 작성할 때 에 최소한의 기준을 지킴으로써 장애인들이 전자문서의 내용을 이해하거나 점자코드 등 으로 변환하여 사용하는 과정을 기계화하거나 그 절차를 최소화하기 위한 것이다. 특히 전자문서 내에 사진, 그래픽 이미지 또는 도표와 같은 정보를 포함하는 경우에 이들 정 보에 장애인이 접근할 수 있도록 하는 방안을 제시하는데 주목적이 있다. 본 지침은 6개의 지침과 12개의 검사항목으로 구성되어 있으며, 각 검사항목은 요구조 건, 용어설명, 적용방법, 적용시 장점, 참고사항 등으로 구성된다. 6개의 지침은 다음과 같다 지침 1. 전자문서의 모든 텍스트 아닌 개체에는 설명문을 추가한다. 지침 2. 전자문서의 색상 정보는 부수적이어야 한다. 지침 3. 전자문서는 정적인 형태로 표현될 수 있어야 한다. 지침 4. 전자문서의 모양이나 배치는 논리적이어야 한다. 지침 5. 전자문서는 이동성을 제공하여야 한다. 지침 6. 전자문서는 컴퓨터의 접근성 기능을 임의로 변경하거나 작동불능 상태로 만들 지 않아야 한다. |

| 영문내용요약 | This guideline explains that the way of making electronic files for publications which
the disable can access. The aim of this guideline mechanizes the process or optimizes the step of process, which the disable can understand easily or can change into Braille code, when people make the electronic files. Especially, including information which is pictures, graphic images or charts in the electronic files, the chief aim of the guideline provides ways which the disable can be accessible easily. The guideline consists of six guides and twelve inspective lists. Each inspective list consists of the terms desired, the explanation of terms, the way of application, the profit of application, references, and so on. Here are six guidelines. Guideline 1. The guideline should add caption on objects except for text. Guideline 2. The information of color in the guideline should be incidental. Guideline 3. The guideline can express by static type. Guideline 4. The shape and location of guideline should be logical. Guideline 5. The guideline should provide portable benefit. Guideline 6. The guideline should not allow to change the accessibility of computer at discretion or to make it out of order. |
