| 영문내용요약 | The standard consists of basic principles and procedures in the collection and the preservation of digital evidence. The process of handling the digital evidence should be done in a way that maximizes the potential value of the evidence and minimizes the risks that may arise. However, digital evidence is vulnerable because of careless handling, and is easy to change and manipulate intentionally. Therefore, we define basic principles to be followed in the process of collection and preservation in digital evidence processing.
In particular, the collection of digital evidence is supplemented by the revised Criminal Procedure Law and the requirements of various judicial precedents. |
