| 영문내용요약 | The influential power of free and open source software today keeps increasing from the technical and license point of view as the coverage of free and open source software has been expanding to various industrial fields passing over development-oriented communities. Since this trend goes on, the usage of source code grows dramatically. On the contrast the risk of license violation gets higher with the source code usage. Therefore, there are many source code analysis tools nowadays to find file licenses detected by matching texts of the source code. One of most important features of the tool is not performance but correctness. So it would be too hard for users to compare details of the tools with respect to data processing time, matching performance, update period of source code DB, license conflict detection and so forth. The standard provides users with objective and precise metrics to compare source code analysis tools. Furthermore, the standard proposes a concrete method to score the quality of the tools by customizing weights of evaluating factors. | ||
