| 영문내용요약 | Public Institution & Local Government today applies management & inspection guide 3.0 on the stages of information system and R&D business released by Ministry of Science and ICT, Ministry of the Interior and Safety, and National Information Society Agency. The guide has been provided 6 stages such as planing, establishment of a plan, suppler selection and contract, project implementation, inspection & operation, performance evaluation stage. However it has not provided the needed activities for the open source management & inspection in the open source software based or used information system business. Therefore, the standard provides comprehensively the guidelines and regulations related to the current open source software, and suggests ways to utilize these guidelines and regulations in each phase of the management & inspection guide 3.0 process. | ||
